What is it?
This is an opportunity, with the support of experts, to work out approaches to the calculation and payment of salaries, other incentive and compensation payments, to master the skills of preparing administrative documents regarding the remuneration of labour in LSG.
Within the framework of the training program, participants will:
- learn about the approaches and practices of building a labour payment system in the local government
- understand the basics of legal and organizational principles of preparing the administrative documents on labour remuneration, the specifics of awarding the LSG officials; legal and organizational basis for allowances and surcharges payment
- orient themselves in the peculiarities of calculating additional salaries and other incentive and compensatory payments, assistance for solving social and household issues and for rehabilitation and travel allowances
- gain skills in preparing the administrative documents on labour remuneration
- establish cooperation with colleagues from other municipalities of Ukraine
When?
For six weeks starting on February 17, 2026. All events will be held online and are free for participants.
Who can participate?
To participate in the training program "Steps for specialists. Remuneration of Labour in LSG" will be selected оne participant from each of 96 municipalities with a population of up to 50 thousand people, which are not in the temporarily occupied territory, have the technical capabilities (microphones, cameras) to join online events.
Participants may include: LSG officials responsible for accounting and personnel work in the local self-government.
