Join the Training Program «Steps for Specialists. Service in Local Self-Government Bodies»!
What is it?
This is an opportunity to increase the level of professional competencies in organizing effective personnel work in local self-government; to form an understanding of the essence, content, goals, objectives, principles and methods of solving personnel issues in the face of modern challenges; to get acquainted with the prospects for the development of the service in local self-government.
Within the framework of the Training Program, participants will
- deepen their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the area of service in local self-government bodies and the preparation of personnel documents;
- receive answers to topical issues of professional activity based on real-life situations and examples;
- feel comfortable and confident in carrying out their professional activities effectively.
When?
Four weeks, starting March 4, 2025. All events will be held online and are free for participants.
Who can participate?
100 local government officials will be selected to participate in the Training Program «Steps for Specialists. Service in Local Self-Government Bodies». There are local self-government officials who responsible for HR/ HR management in local self-government bodies (1 representative per territorial community) with a population of up to 50 thousand people, who are not located in the temporarily occupied territory and have the technical capabilities (microphone, camera) to join online events.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive certificates.
How to register?
To participate in the selection process, please fill out the application form attached and send it to regops.u-lead@giz.de by 18:00 on February 12, 2025, indicating in the subject line «Service in local self-government. Name of the community. Oblast» in MS Excel format.
